Slaughter

Hello! I live in OR and raise pigs, and it is super important to me to have my slaughtering done on farm. This means that I am unable to sell my pork through commercial channels by-the-lb but I’m interested to know if I can still sell through some sort of CSA membership channel. I have had an incredibly difficult time finding anything related to meat CSAs on the .gov websites; can anyone help me figure this one out?
