H2A Worker Injuries

Am I liable if workers from an FLC get injured on my farm? I have a workers comp policy but I don’t want claims against it to keep my rates from going up. I have a casual relationship with an FLC and we don’t have a contract with each other, but I get billed by the company and pay them instead of the individual workers. Should I?
