Forming a LLC

Are there any good resources you could point me to in terms of what are good standard articles to have in a beginning LLC articles of organization? anything to keep in mind specifically for NY? I see sample template online here: https://www.dos.ny.gov/forms/corporations/1336-f.pdf but anything else to consider or keep in mind? thanks!
