Agritourism

I have a 10 acres of farmland being used for mixed vegetables and a commercially zoned farm stand. I want to have agrotourism events such as pick your own pumpkin patch and hayrides. I want to have a playground for kids but am not sure what legal issues I could potentially come across with a public access playground. Would my farm insurance company cover this and would I need special building permits? My farm is non-residential. Has anyone done this and could share their experience?
